Zutec Cloud

Zutec is an on-cloud platform for managing remote data and project files from the initial specifications to the delivery and maintenance phase of the asset. It consists of 2 tools:

• Zutec Field App: a mobile solution for managing non-compliance and processing progress using and capturing project data.
• Zutec BIM App: an advanced BIM-viewer for consulting the BIM model in connection with data contained on the Zutec platform.

By accessing the two applications (both in iOS and Android environments), the user can view BIM models (in n.ifc and .rvt formats), perform non-compliance management, site inspections and consultation of site
drawings. Activities that can be done cover:

• Gain real-time project insights and connect with the team/s on the field.
• Manage building projects through information exchange, workflows, tracking & amp reporting.
• Collaborate, share, and review project documents to assist the close-out of design issues.
• Be in control of the project and deliverables.
