The city of Oulu (Finland) is hosting the first Power Up Your City Summit, a Making City conference that aims to share knowledge and tools with professionals in charge of implementing carbon-free energy solutions. The event's focus is to provide a comprehensive understanding of Positive Energy Districts (PEDs): urban areas designed to generate more energy than their consumption through cutting-edge technologies, renewable sources and efficient infrastructures.

digiNEB.eu will participate in the Smart City Expo World Congress 2023, presenting the project's updates at the European Commission booth. It will also hold its first annual event, which will take place on November 8th from 3 to 7 pm.

CAAD Future is a biannual International Conference on Computer-aided Architectural Design. The CAAD Futures Foundation plays a major global role in advancing and documenting research with its biennial Conference, in collaboration with a richly diverse community in several regionally focused groups. The digiNEB.eu project was showcased in dedicated co-creation sessions on the 5th and 6th of July as part of the CAAD Future 2023 event.

Copenhagen (Denmark) has been selected as the host city for the upcoming World Congress of Architects organised by the International Union of Architects (UIA). The "second cluster meeting for smart communities projects in the EU" aims to build on the first cluster meeting that took place in June 2022 and further promote and revisit the existing cooperation between relevant smart communities projects funded by the EU and relevant EU initiatives across sectors.
