OpenCity provides an open source platform that allows you to easily create interactive websites for your participation projects. 

The platform contains widgets specially developed to interactively give residents more influence and control over what happens in their town or village. Examples include an online voting tool, ways to submit plans, a tool that allows residents to allocate budgets to plans for the area and a selection guide for complex public space projects, for example.

In addition, participating municipalities have already gained a lot of knowledge in designing (online) participation processes, which we are happy to share with colleagues from other municipalities.
