Spaceti

Spaceti is a platform born to enable hybrid work and manage the occupancy of spaces (single rooms and buildings). Via its sensors, it collects data linked to human occupancy in order to:

• Perform real-time monitoring of the indoor air quality (IAQ), by measuring CO2, room temperature and humidity. The Spaceti Wellbeing Index is useful for checking if the place is aligned with WELL and FitWell building certification standards.
• Analyse in a constant manner the use of spaces and provide analysis of the human occupancy to support decision-making on the eventual need to optimise operative costs (e.g., HVAC system, light, use of lifts, etc.)
